How to order Cargo Lashing Straps?

When you order Standard Assembly of Cargo Lashing Straps, select the item with appropriate Minimum Breaking Strength, ie. M.B.S, and simply tell us the Product ID of the assembly.

When you order cargo lashing to meet your Special Application Requirements, please carefully consider the M.B.S. of your Webbing Choices, your Buckle and End Fitting choices. The M.B.S of assembly is based on weakest component. So the lowest M.B.S. of all the components will be the M.B.S. of your assembly. Then, please tell us the following:

  1. Webbing Product ID
  2. tell us if it's Two-Part assembly or Single-Part/Endless assembly
  3. specify the Buckle: Cam, Ratchet, or Overcenter, and its Product ID.
  4. if two-part assembly, specify the end fittings: Flat Hook, Snap Hook, Wire Hook, or Chain Anchor etc, and its Product ID.
  5. for two-part assembly, specify the Fixed Length and Overall Length. For endless assembly, specify just the Overall Length.
  6. specify Protection Pads of your choice and its Product ID(if applicable).

How to order Webbing Slings?

When you order Standard WestRiver Weaving Webbing Slings, simply tell us the product ID.

When you order WestRiver Weaving webbing slings to meet your Special Application Requirements, please specify the following:

  1. sling type: Endless, Flat Eye, Twisted Eye, or Reversed Eye.
  2. sling material (Nylon or Polyester).
  3. webbing Grade: heavy duty (class 7) at 9800 lbs/inch, or light duty (class 5) at 6800 lbs/inch.
  4. webbing Width.
  5. number of Plies: the number of layers of webbing in the sling body.
  6. sling length: Pull to Pull Length.
  7. Eye Length/Eye Width for all eye types of slings.
  8. Taper Length/Width for endless sling type.
  9. special Wear Pads: Regular (fixed) wear pads is standard in all webbing slings. However, Edge Guard, Sliding Tube or Wrap are also available upon request.

Note: Flat eye, twisted eye, reversed eye and endless web slings are tapered at 3" and wider unless otherwise ordered. These wider slings are tapered at the bearing points to accommodate a crane hook.

How to order Round Slings?

  1. Choose round sling type from Endless or Eye &; Eye.
  2. Look up in specification tables and find the appropriate Working Load Limit. Tell us the Product ID.
  3. Tell us your required "Pull to Pull Length" of round sling.
  4. If you prefer a different color, please tell us about it. For Endless Round Sling, just tell us your preferred Jacket Color. For Eye & Eye Round Sling, you need to tell us your preferred Outer Jacket Color as well as Eye Color.
  5. If you would like an Eye/Sling Length different to the normal, specify it in your order. Shorter sling lengths can be achieved by reducing eye length.

How to order Bridle Web Slings?

  1. Choose Webbing Material: Nylon or Polyester.
  2. Based on your application requirements, choose from 1-Leg, 2-Leg or 3-Leg, and appropriate Working Load Limit from their specification tables respectively, and tell us the Product ID.
  3. Choose Masterlink from -- Alloy Oblong Link or Pear Link.
  4. Our standard Leg Bottom Attachment is Eye Hoist Hook. If your application needs different end attachments, for example, Sling Hook, Foundry Hook, Latchlok Hook, Oblong Link, Pear Link, Ring, or even Web Eye, please specify them in your order.
  5. Tell us the length of each leg, ie. Pull to Pull length.

How to order Bridle Round Slings?

  1. Based on your application requirements, choose from 1-Leg, 2-Leg or 3-Leg, and appropriate Working Load Limit from their specification tables respectively, and tell us the Product ID.
  2. Choose Masterlink from -- Alloy Oblong Link or Pear Link.
  3. Our standard Leg Bottom Attachment is Eye Hoist Hook. If your application needs different end attachments, for example, Sling Hook, Foundry Hook, Latchlok Hook, Oblong Link, Pear Link, Ring, or even Web Eye, please specify them in your order.
  4. Tell us the leg length, ie. Pull to Pull length.
